Payment and Insurance Policies
FEES
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the type of treatment required. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
Payment in full is due at the time of service for all imaging, consultations, and treatment provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders or certified funds, and all major credit cards.
INSURANCE
As an independently owned practice, we participate with a limited number of insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm whether we are in-network with your specific plan.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims on your behalf with out-of-network insurance carriers. However, final financial responsibility for treatment rests with the patient, and any questions regarding coverage, reimbursement, or benefits should be directed to your insurance company. The relationship between the patient and insurance company is strictly between the two parties.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another patient. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or missed without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation or missed-appointment fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment.
